We were looking for a hand operated rotary pump for our allotments water collecting system which is based on 8 x 2000 litre containers (IBCs) inter-connected.
After extensive research, we selected one supplied by Oil and Fuel Pumps.
Whilst there were a few teething troubles adapting the chosen equipment to our specific needs, the support staff were excellent. They and their engineers quickly solved our problems in a very effective way and provided the extra equipment and advice at NO EXTRA COST, delivered almost always the next day.
We cannot praise this company too highly for their professionalism and for their fast, and most helpful, support.

We found this company on the internet and by the following day a new fuel pump had arrived to use on our diesel tank. We are very pleased with it as it is a proper cast iron pump - not a cheap and nasty type. It is highly effective and positive, easy to plumb in, with a sensible 6m hose and it is also very good value. The automatic shut off works a treat - no more spilled diesel! Many thanks for excellent service.

With the cost of diesel these days I thought it was time to replace my 15 year old pump. After searching on the internet I came across Oil and Fuel Pumps so phoned for some advise on my setup. Within in a  few minutes we had decided on the best pump for my needs so then proceeded to place my order. When the pump kit arrived the following day it came with clear instructions for installation. The whole shopping experience was hastle free with friendly people.

"Problem solved - efficient service"
I have just purchased a waste oil drainer with no signs of damage after taking delivery, I opened the box and started to assemble the drainer only to discover that the top plastic bowl wad a crack in it. I immediately phone Oil and Fuel Pumps and explained my issue. They were very apologetic and arranged to send out a replacment part free of charge next day. The new part arrived very well packaged and my problem was solved.
