Returning your item to us……
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return your items to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund providing the equipment hasn’t been used and is returned in its original packaging.
Please note we cannot refund the cost of carriage.
If, however, your equipment is faulty and has not been misused we will arrange collection from your premises, we will then inspect the item on return and offer you a free replacement.
Please obtain a returns number from us before returning goods.
